A Commencement event was organized by the Global Banking School (GBS), one of the fastest-growing Higher Education providers in the UK, to announce the opening of admissions for September 2021 intake at its vibrant & fully equipped Dubai campus as Global Business Studies (GBS), located at Dubai Knowledge Park. Students can opt for one or two-year programs that open pathways for higher studies at GBS UK and or any other leading UK University that is associated with GBS. Dr. Vishwajeet Rana Chairman of the Board emphasized on the GBS values that include care for students, cherishing diversity, ethical and professional operations, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to learn and improve themselves. He also stressed the issue that GBS Dubai will be working towards promoting applied international education amongst Emirati students in pursuance of one of GBS’s important values viz. “making a difference to local communities” and encourage the young aspirants through its scholarship programs.
Dr. Amitabh Upadhya, President of GBS Dubai highlighted that the institution, in tune with industry demands, currently offers programs in Business and Management, Cloud Computing, Digital Technologies, Construction Management, and Education and Training. There are two futuristic programs on offer at GBS Dubai namely ‘Sectorial Entrepreneurship’ and ‘Cyber Security’ besides Artificial Intelligence and Gaming. The curriculum is updated on regular basis and is latest in the ever changing world of modern technologies unlike many other institutions that remain wrapped in time capsules of four to five year cycle of curriculum revision.
Students have the opportunity to pursue their degree programs in higher educational institutions either in the UK or USA in arrangement with the institution. GBS Dubai is also offering Level 2 and 3 Extended Pearson Diplomas (international foundation) that qualify students for admissions to top universities across the globe.
