Speaker profile: Rafaela Bellini Panicker, a Brazilian mechanical engineer with a PhD from the University of Texas (obtained in 2010), has called the UAE home for the past 12 years. Balancing family (mother of 3 boys and wife to a rocket scientist) and work, Dr. Bellini Panicker leverages her technical background and entrepreneurial spirit. She established a tourism and travel company two and a half years ago and recently expanded her ventures by launching a business consultancy, specializing in assisting foreign business men and women to enter the UAE market. This reflects her passion for both the region and fostering entrepreneurial ventures.
