She is proficient in outcome-based curriculum design, and leading academic operations with strong compliance to regulatory and awarding-body standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Dr. Sharmila has over a decade of scholarly experience in steering efforts toward identifying learning and growth needs at the university level in the UAE and the United Kingdom. She has hands- on experience in academic administration, curriculum development, institutional reviews, and preparing and leading qualification audits with affiliated foreign awarding bodies and international global partner universities.

Dr. Iyanda Ismail A. obtained his PhD in Strategic HRM from Northern University of Malaysia. Currently, he is the Business Program Leader at Global Business Studies, Dubai UAE. He has over 15 years of experience spanning academia, research, and strategic development across several countries. He has published extensively in top-ranked journals and mentored students through impactful research and academic advising. Beyond the classroom, he has led community development projects and international collaborations that integrate education, research, and social impact.

Dr. Mohammed Nadeem
Dr. Mohammed Nadeem Momin holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology and brings a strong blend of academic excellence and industry experience from his work with Skyloov Property Dubai and the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Abu Dhabi. His expertise spans Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity.
As a student-centric and innovation-driven educator, Dr. Momin is passionate about helping learners discover their strengths, think creatively, and build the skills needed for future careers. He believes in shaping talent through hands-on learning, real-world problem-solving, and an environment where students feel inspired to explore, experiment, and excel.

Dr. Rashma R. S. V. possesses more than fourteen years of academic and research experience in higher education, with a career spanning institutions in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and India. She obtained her Doctorate in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK). She is an affiliate member of the Society of Engineers–UAE and holds memberships in several other professional bodies associated with the construction sector. Dr. Rashma has authored books and published extensively in SCI- and Scopus-indexed journals as well as in edited book chapters. In recognition of her exceptional academic performance, she has been the recipient of several prestigious awards and medals, including the Board Chairman’s Gold Medal and the Institute Gold Medal.

Dr. Iman is a dedicated lecturer with wide experience in Health Sciences and Healthcare Management and medical education in several UAE universities. Holding PhD and master’s in health sciences, healthcare management, and a higher diploma in medical education, and pursuing a PhD in higher education leadership from Edgewood University, USA. She is an enthusiastic instructor skilled at engaging students through various teaching methods. Along with the clinical teaching experience, She also has research published in Scopus focused on health sciences.

She has over a decade of teaching experience in HR and General Management across leading institutions in the UAE and India, teaching courses in AACSB-accredited universities. Her expertise spans Strategic HRM, Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, Change Management, and Business Ethics. She has published 22 research papers, including six indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, and serves as a reviewer for academic journals. Her current research focuses on AI-powered HR tools in enhancing fairness, diversity, and decision-making in organizations.

Dr. Munila has published 15 research papers and has to her credit a book on Financing of Higher Education, along with multiple published short stories in various anthologies.
She is currently completing a fictional short story book titled 'Treasures of Emotions' expected to be published in 2026.

Ms. Lavanya Sreenivas is an IT and Computing professional with double master’s degrees and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Prior to joining GBS, she gained industry experience as a Data Scientist and made significant contributions to corporate IT training and higher education. At her previous institution, she served as a Supporting Program Leader – IT Department, assisting with curriculum development, academic planning, and delivering industry-aligned training programs.
Passionate about teaching and innovation, Ms. Lavanya is dedicated to creating practical, hands-on learning experiences, mentoring students, and integrating real-world case studies to help learners acquire industry-ready skills in today’s fast-evolving tech landscape.

Ali is a distinguished educational leader and Chartered Accountant known for his deep expertise in accounting and his motivational teaching style. Winner of the ACCA Tutor Excellence Award 2025, he is committed to academic excellence and professional growth. He holds memberships in leading professional bodies including ICAEW, ICMAP, PIPFA, UAECA, and ACCA, and holds a Master’s in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, an M.Phil. in Banking and Finance from COMSATS, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership. A registered OBU Mentor and Pearson-certified Assessor, he is currently pursuing his doctoral studies. With years of global teaching experience, Ali has trained learners from 50+ countries, with many achieving top positions and distinctions under his guidance.
