Dr. Sharmila has over a decade of scholarly experience in steering efforts toward identifying learning and growth needs at the university level in the UAE and the United Kingdom. She has hands- on experience in academic administration, curriculum development, institutional reviews, and preparing and leading qualification audits with affiliated foreign awarding bodies and international global partner universities.
