Dr. Iyanda Ismail A. obtained his PhD in Strategic HRM from ​ Northern University of Malaysia. Currently, he is the Business Program Leader at Global Business Studies, Dubai UAE. He has over 15 years of experience spanning academia, research, and strategic development across several countries. He has published extensively ​ in top-ranked journals and mentored students through impactful research and academic advising. Beyond the classroom, he has led community development projects and international collaborations that integrate education, research, and social impact.​
